No. You can turn up and pay on the day to ride during normal session times. This includes using FREE session vouchers, no booking is required. We do host some ticket only events also which can be found here.
We operate around school times and terms. When the local schools are on holiday, we will be open holiday times. You can find a full list of our opening hours on this page.
Equipment hire is not included with general admission. However we do provide all equipment needed for our coaching classes.
We recommend that everyone using the facility wears a helmet. This is for your own safety, you only have one brain – look after it. If you inline skate, it is compulsory to wear a helmet.
The minimum age to use our skatepark is 5 years old. We do not have a maximum age, you are as young as you feel
(we are talking to you Dad, dust that skateboard off!)
No, you are allowed to leave your children with us if you wish. We have a very strict door policy, no one can enter our building without signing in. All our staff are CRB checked and First Aid Trained. Don’t worry, they are in safe hands.
Yes. We have a big carpark at the skatepark so you are sure to find a place to park your car. If it is an event day, sometimes it can get busy, but road parking is also available as an overflow.
To get sponsored you have to build up your name in the competition circuit. Enter contests all around the country, place in the top 3, release video sections online, work with the media and your name and talent will soon become recognised. It is a very hard thing to achieve, but with practice time and effort it is achievable.
Rampworx supports an elite selection of riders that visit our skatepark regularly, that are friendly and kind to all our users. If you are a good rider and show commitment to your sport, it will be noticed by our staff and you will be approached.
Aintree train station is 10 minutes walk away, full directions can be found here.
Rampworx has many local Pro riders such as Harry Main, Paul Ryan, Ben Lewis, Anthony Watkinson and Jenna Downing. If they are not on tour somewhere in the world, you might just bump into them at the skatepark.
