Robin Lewis made this film as part of his University project in 2006. It is the story of Richard Taylor, a internationally renowned inline skater and extreme sports enthusiast, who died tragically at just 23 years old. The film shows how family and friends have kept alive Richard’s incredible spirit, energy and lust for life, and reveals the huge impact his vitality had on everyone around him.
We wanted to film it in 16:9 but most of the archive footage was 4:3 so it seemed logical to keep to that aspect ratio.
