Due to government legislation regarding COVID-19 we have had to change the way we operate for the time being. With limited capacity for each session, we recommend you book online to avoid any disappointment. We have implemented strict COVID-19 guidelines in our skatepark and request users respect these new rules as they will be strictly enforced.
All spectators must wear masks.
PLEASE READ BEFORE PLANNING YOUR VISIT:
We have put measures in place to ensure all users follow social distancing guidelines. Markers are set out where queueing is required (reception, cafe), masks are to be worn inside our shop. We encourage all spectators to wear a mask (excluding those exempt). Riding the skatepark – you are not required to wear a mask. Sanitizing stations are situated throughout the skatepark, upon entry, outside toilets, parents room and within the skatepark.The minimum age to use the skatepark is strictly 5 years old. All users between the ages of 5 and 9 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18. We are encouraging spectators to attend ONLY if absolutely necessary to the user.Our membership is FREE and all users MUST register for a Rampworx membership prior to attendance to gain entry. This can be done via our website – www.rampworx.com/membership/. As well as this, we insist all parents/spectators sign in via the NHS track and trace code upon arrival using the NHS app.
The entire skatepark is open for use, including our shop. Our toilet facilities, cafe & seating area/parents room is open – with guidelines in place. Extra steps have been taken to ensure government advice is followed. Our staff are trained to ensure these measures are being carried out by all those who enter the skatepark.
Park users are advised to book before attending. There is a maximum capacity, although users can pay on the door. Contactless payment is encouraged throughout, however, we do accept cash. Measures are in place to ensure staff are handling transactions, physical money etc within guidelines.
EQUIPMENT HIRE We are currently offering equipment available for hire. Any equipment that is given out is completely cleaned and sanitized. Once returned, the equipment will be on a group rotation. The returned equipment will be sanitized and not used for 72 hours.
