Event FAQ’s
How do I sign in?
Please have your booking barcode ready on your phone or printed for scanning.
Do I need to register before attending?
Yes, all participants must register for a free Rampworx membership prior to the event. If you are already a member, please have your membership card ready to speed up the sign in process. You CANNOT gain entry without becoming a Rampworx member and signing in.
Can I hire equipment?
Yes – scooters, helmets, and pads are available to rent on the day.
What is the minimum age for participants?
The event is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under 9 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Can adults attend without a child?
No, spectators or adults are limited to one per ticket holder.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Unfortunately, all ticket sales for this event are strictly non-refundable.
How will groups be organized at the event?
Upon arrival, ticket holders will be issued a colour-coded wristband. This wristband corresponds to the group you will be placed in for the meet & greet session with Spanner, based on your arrival time.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have an onsite free car park and additional on-street parking.
Can I get food?
Yes! Our onsite café will be open to serve hot/cold food and drinks throughout the event. No fast food is allowed.
Are all sports welcome?
No – this is strictly a scooter-only event.
