Leon Perkins has been a Rampworx local for as long as we can remember. He is the perfect example of “go big or go home” this guy will attempt gaps and tricks that you would normally only attempt in a video game! Vital BMX caught up with him to film one of their infamous Power Hour videos, and he does not disappoint. Rampworx has secured a 15,000 square foot extension to our current building in Liverpool. This will boost our skatepark size to 70,000 square feet!! Our new section has been designed by Woodward designer John Saxton. The Rampworx extension is due to open in early 2013 and will feature a massive variety of street obstacles and ramps. If you have any suggestions on ramps or any ideas you would like to see, please leave us a comment below.
On Tuesday 24th July 2012 we will be opening our third retail shop! The shop is based on the highstreet in Wallasey Village, Wirral (just off the roundabout by St Marys College). To celebrate us launching this new shop the MADD Gear Team will be doing a shop signing from 4-6pm.
The shop will stock a full range of BMX, Skateboards, Inline Skates and Stunt Scooters along with a bunch of accessories and clothing for all of the sports.
Doors open 10am-6pm.

Our friends over at DUB BMX have teamed up with Monster Energy to bring you the DUB Street Series! The first stop is of course going down in DUB‘s back yard, Liverpool! The meet up spot  will be The Tunnel Banks at 1pm (Photo/Address Below), from there we will hit some other sick spots throughout the day finishing up around 6pm.
At the final spot we will be doing a prize giving as below for 1st to 3rd.
A big thanks to Federal Bikes and Seventies who have kindly donated sick prize packs for not only 1st to 3rd but also a load of Loot to chuck out for everyone who made it along. Be sure not to miss this!!!

On Friday 30th March, Rampworx was visited by funders Sport England, Thomas Cook and the MP for Bootle, Joe Benton. A cheque was presented to our Skatepark Manager, Paul Hunter and some of team; including coach Zac Williams, cafe lady, Sarah Gilbert and retail assistant Matt Hunter along with a few of you guys who support us every week.
