Rampworx Inline Only Night – March 2011

Rampworx hosted another Inline Only Night at the skatepark on Monday 28th March. The turn out was amazing, with people traveling from as far as Scotland and London to session the park with their friends.

This event is what Rollerbalding is about, chilling out with your friends having a sick session care free. We will be continuing to run events like this as long as our doors are open!!!

Federal Advert’s – Dan Lacey

If you have picked up any BMX magazine in the last few months you are more than likely to of seen Federal’s new advertising campaign. Federal hired an artist called Robert Sample to produce a series of adverts with their riders, including a Rampworx regular and DUB BMX rider Dan Lacey.

Unlike most modern artist, Robert still uses paint in a very cool way, check the video over on DEFGRIP to get an insight into how he produced the adverts. Read More

Behind the Lens with Simon Mulvaney

Simon Mulvaney had made lots of videos for Rampworx over the years including a TV show for the Extreme Channel. He has just been interviewed by a new Rollerblade magazine called Wheel Scene make sure you have a read below.

You may not be familiar with Simon Mulvaney but, if you are a rollerblader living in the UK, I guarantee you will be familiar with his outstanding work. Simon was responsible for the Chaz Sands Invitational documentary that was shown on the Extreme channel, thrusting rollerblading into the mainstream for the first time since it was dropped from the X Games. He is also the man behind many of the Rampworx edits, and last year he filmed a great online video for Razors featuring team riders Chaz Sands and Scott Quinn in Dublin. Simon is currently working on the first Ground Control team video and, as we found out, has quite a few other exciting projects planned for this year. Read More
