Rampworx will once again be hosting a BMX Only Night in the skatepark. This time the event will take place on July 25th, 5-10pm and will cost £7. These nights are the perfect chance for you and your friends to come and ride the park with only your sport in the building.

Local BMX Pro Anthony Watkinson has officially parted ways with longtime shoe sponsor Etnies. Based on how hard Anthony kills it, we are guessing he won’t be shoeless for long.
Watkinson has also just landed the cover on the latest issue of PROPS.
The one and only Catfish (team manager at DK Bikes and commentator for just about every contest on the planet) was over in England for the Nike Pool contest in London. After the comp Catfish headed up to Liverpool to come hang out with friends and ride Rampworx for a few days.
We caught up with him whilst he was up here and to talk about the local scene and what he thought about BMX in England.
Whilst Catfish was in Liverpool he decided to take a little bit of Liverpool home with him, he got a Liver Bird tattooed on his leg in. This is a tradition Catfish takes with him to every country he visits.

We held a BMX Only Night at the skatepark last Monday. The idea of these events is to give the local riders a chance to session the park with their friends without any other sports in the building.

Rampworx local Anthony Watkinson is in for a busy Summer, he has been traveling around Europe the past couple of weeks hitting up the contest and now he is off to the USA to hit up the Dew Tour. He will be posting regular updates on the blog whilst he is away for a few months!

Tony came back to Liverpool for 24 hours after floating around Europe for a few weeks, just enough time to wash some clothes, pack again and then catch a train down to London just in time to catch a flight to Chicago! He sent us this picture just before boarding his 10 hour flight
