As a charity itself Rampworx Skatepark works closely with other organisations across the country to help improve young peoples lives. Last year we invited a charity from Chernobyl that helps give opportunities to young people affected by the Chernobyl Disaster. These young people have never seen a skatepark before let alone use one, so we like to open their eyes to the different types of sports that are out there in the world.
Rampworx organised a closed coaching session with Chernobyl Children’s Lifeline to give the young people a chance at riding BMX’s, Scooters, Skateboards and Inline Skates for the first time, and they loved it! Sport is such a great way to bring people together from all over the world, even if you don’t speak the same language or have never tried out the sport before.
Each of the young people that attended got to take home a Rampworx Goodie bag full of bits to remind them of their visit to England!

Dialed took place at Rampworx Skatepark in Liverpool on May 10th and featured some of the best stunt scooter riders on the planet battling it out for the #1 spot in the UK’s biggest skatepark!
We had some of the biggest names in the sport turn up to compete at the event from 2 time world champion and Lucky Pro rider Dakota Schuetz to UK heavyweights Lewis Williams (Crisp Pro) and Ryan McNamara (Grit Pro).
The contest was split into 3 different contests. The first event was the AM contest which allowed the top 10 riders to progress through into the pro comp, this is where the next big riders can be found. Next we progressed onto the Street Plaza contest which was ran in a best trick format with the winner taking home a cool £200! Finally we moved onto the main event, the Pro contest! The winner of this contest would walk away with £1000 cash and the title of the first Dialed Comp Champion.

AO Scooter Pro Cory Vanlew just won the London Street Jam! Everyone knows that the Elyts team is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to street and they have proved just that over the past few weeks touring Europe and winning just about every contest going!!
Cory killed it at Rampworx at the Dialed comp and then went on to a win in London, rocking a Red Rampworx Bobble Hat!! This guy is insane, if you watch one video today make sure it is this one.
We are super hyped to announce that Rampworx Skatepark will be hosting Scoot Fest North!! This years Scoot Fest will be split up inato two separate weekends kicking off at Rampworx Skatepark on August 9/10th.
Rampworx will be hosting the UK Championships, International Best Trick Contest and Scoot Fest AM Jam!! Not only that but they are flying in the best scooter riders in the world to compete!!!
Big News as Scootfest hosts ISA World Champs for the Second Year and
Goes Multi-Site!
Scootfest 2014 launches its brand new multi-site events to satisfy scooter fans across the UK. Following in the footsteps of some mighty music festivals, Scootfest will spread its billing which includes the 2014 ISA World Championships over 2 main events that hit the North and South of the country and will be linked by a Roadtrip of 4 Scootfest Demo Nights to be released at a later date.
Scootfest North and Scootfest South will be staged on consecutive weekends and will each offer a distinct and different line-up, while being united in offering something for all levels of rider. Ultimately, the new events will deliver more parks, more riding time and bring the Scootfest experience closer to its fans.
Scootfest North (Rampworx, Liverpool) runs 9th & 10th August and features an International Superstar line-up including 2 time World Champion Dakota Schuetz for the Scootfest Best Trick, whilst gathering the Best of British for the UK Championships and opening its doors to all in the Scootfest Am Jam.
Scootfest South (Rush, Stroud) runs 16th & 17th August and hosts the ISA World Championships and International Street Sessions plus a Southern Scootfest Am Jam. Once again, the top 50 riders on the planet will be flying in to Scootfest to lay it on the line in a bid to become the 2014 ISA World Champion.

The second leg of Scoot Fest South will be taking place at Rush Skatepark the following weekend 16/17th August.
The Blunt Scooter Team will be visiting the skatepark this coming Sunday. The team consisting of Pro riders Max Peters (Aus), Brendon Smith (Aus), Tommy Dang (Aus), Keenan Mehmet (UK) and Vincent Kudrna (US) will getting clips in the skatepark and sessioning with everyone in the building. Make sure you come down and check it out!! Normal Session times and prices apply.
Our ALL Day entry charge has been slashed in half to just £7.50 to ride ALL DAY Monday-Friday!!!
Since day one we have always wanted to offer our riders the best facility we can for as cheap as possible.
Rampworx Skatepark has been around since 1997 thanks to the continued support of you, the riders and we understand that times are hard for everyone and money is tighter than ever for a lot of our customers. We know this, because you tell us and we listen! We have always prided ourselves on having one of the cheapest skateparks and biggest skateparks in the country.
To run a facility the size of Rampworx costs a huge amount of money and despite our increased running costs (insurance/lighting/new builds/rates etc etc) year on year we have decided that we are going to reduce the amount you guys have to pay to use the skateparkto help grow the sports we all love!
We introduced a £20 Unlimited Week Pass (£3.33 a day) to help out our local riders a few weeks ago, but we understand that £20 is not as easy to come across for everyone. So the next best thing we can offer you guys is more ride time for less money!!
From today 28/4/2014 you will now be able to ride Rampworx ALL DAY (4-10pm) during the week for just £7.50*!!! Thats just £1 more than a normal session!!

Dakota Schuetz is coming to Rampworx to compete at our Scooter comp “Dialed” on Saturday 10th May!! Dakota has become a household name over the last few years picking up 2 World Championships along the way. Dakota has been around the world and back again promoting scooter riding to the masses, he has millions of YouTube downloads and has even been a guest on the hugely popular Ellen Show!
This is all for good reason, the Lucky Scooters Pro rider known as “Kota” is a machine on a Stunt Scooter and loves nothing more than getting to session a big skatepark like Rampworx. With £1000 up for grabs for the #1 spot we can only guess what this guy will do in his run, but for now check out some of Dakotas videos below.
